He is recognized as a Fellow by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, (CITN), the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), the Association of Chartered Certified System Accountants (ACCSA-USA) Global. Additionally, he is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI-UK) and holds Associate/Certified status with the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Adedeji has also earned certification in Micro Finance Banking (MCIB) and is a Registered Member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).
Adedeji has held diverse roles in his career, including positions as an Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, Risk Officer, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer within a range of financial institutions and microfinance banks.
